  Now that is a work of genius! Thanks for posting. Just been in Fiji, the meat is decidedly average - now I know why!

  Thanks for the comment Simon - I thought it was worth showing it to the world - interestingly it was put on You Tube back in 2006 - it’s what you could call a slow burner
