Device Data settings.

If you've got a Skinny phone or iPhone, it should be set up straight from the box. If you've got a compatible phone from another network you may need to tweek a few settings so you can get online with Skinny.
Get specific instructions for iPhone and iPad data setup.

Internet and email

Depending on your device and it's OS,you may need to create a data account (call it 'Skinny Data' for example.) where you use the details above, Then you may need to create a 'connection' for your phone using that data account. If you can't get things to work, ask your techie mate and failing that, check our Help and FAQs stuff, videos on You Tube, and consider asking a question there before giving us a call.
