For most countries we provide the number of digits in a phone number, area codes (where used), starting digits for cell phone numbers Example: 00 + 61 (Australia) + 7 (area code) + 12345678 (phone number)
Nope. You can place an international call from your mobile phone in the same way you dial from a landline: originating country exit code + destination country code + telephone number. In addition, when dialing abroad from a cell phone you can replace the exit code with the plus (+) sign.
Your call will continue however you will start to use your credit at standard rate charges. We recommend to disconnect the phone call and purchase another pack. Once you have more minutes you can continue the phone call.
Yes, you can purchase multiple packs. Just remember that these do not rollover though so you will need to use them otherwise they will expire after 30 days.

Some of them! We’ve introduced the ability for you to call +1800 numbers (US toll free numbers). These calls will be charged at our standard international calling rates, or if available the minutes will be deducted from your overseas chat allocation where you have an overseas chat add-on.
