Prevent unwanted phone calls with a few simple steps. Follow these steps to learn how to block calls from a specific phone number.

Note: Anonymous calls and text messages cannot be blocked.

Step 1:

From the home screen, drag the bar up to the edge of the screen.

Step 2:

Tap Phone.

Step 3:

Tap Recent.

Step 4:

Tap and hold a contact.

Step 5:

Tap Block/report spam.

Step 6:

Tap Block.

The contact has been added to the list of blocked callers.

The phone number has been blocked. You will no longer receive any calls from the numbers on the block list unless you remove them from the list.
