Unable to send or receive messages to premium numbers?

A Premium SMS text is a subscription service provided by premium service providers and carried over the mobile network by your mobile phone carrier. Each premium service provider charges a fee for the premium SMS/MMS and these services would come from Voting, Donations, placing bets on TAB, downloading ringtones, subscribing to daily horoscopes or news alerts.

Whilst 2424 is free for Skinny customers, other premium numbers may not be free and will incur a charge. For a list of these premium numbers and premium fee, click here! We suggest all Skinny customers be careful and always read the rules of all premium text services and carefully decide whether paying is worthwhile for you.

Having issues replying to verification texts from a bank or any other private company?

This could be due to two main reasons, either you have your premium SMS settings not configured correctly or you don't have enough credit to send that text as some companies charge you for texting their systems. Here's a list of these premium numbers and premium fee, click here
