What is a PUK1 code and where do I find it?

PUK stands for PIN unlock Key.  The PUK1 code is a number used by Skinny for activation of SIM cards and site registration, especially for data-only devices.

The PUK1  is also required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following successive incorrect PIN entries (if you have set-up a PIN lock on your phone).

Your PUK1 code is on the back of the plastic card that came with your SIM. If you've lost that, please send us an email or chat with us below and have a Live Chat with one of our customer care agents and they'll be able to sort you out!

Note: If you enter your PUK1 number incorrectly 10 times in a row, your SIM will be permanently locked and you'll need to buy a new SIM here.
