We're sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your wireless broadband connection! Try these steps below for an easy fix!
1. Factory reset of the modem - hold the reset button at the back of the modem down for a good 20 seconds. Please be aware that this also will reset your WiFi password to the default password.
2. Try removing the SIM Card from the side of the modem, and reinserting it, making sure the contacts on the modem are flush with those on the SIM.
3. You may not be receiving good reception from the cell tower to your modem. Try shifting the modem around your house, place the modem near a window to maximise signal strength and make sure it is a metre away from other electrical devices.
4. Try using an ethernet cable instead of WiFi. This is a great way to isolate whether it is a reception issue or modem hardware fault. If the modem is faulty, Click HERE
