I forgot my password for the Skinny website, can I reset it?

Yes you can!

If you signed up with an email and password you can reset your Skinny online password here.

You'll need to enter the email address you signed up with and have access to that email inbox. Once you have completed the password reset request you will recieve a message in that inbox.

Not seeing the password reset email? Maybe check your Spam or Junk mail folder.

Your account will be unlocked 15 minutes after the password has been reset.

If you signed up with Google or Facebook, we do not control the password for those logins and cannot reset them. You'll need to be able to login to Google or Facebook first before you can login to Skinny. If you need to reset those passwords, please follow the appropriate instructions on how to do so.
