Skinny Insiders
What is Insiders?
Skinny Insider is a community of Skinny customers who want to get stuck in and help us make Skinny better. An exclusive group of customers we’ve invited to participate in experience, product and service testing, surveys, polls, and forums.
What's involved?
Participants have the opportunity to share their opinions and influence the experiences, products and services Skinny offers to our customers. They are encouraged to share your experiences with each other, discuss what is working well and what could be improved and provide their thoughts on how things might be improved. We’ll be sharing the progress back to the community whenever we can.
Who are the Insiders team?
Skinny Insider is managed by One Picture who are Skinny's partners in Marketing Strategy and Research. One Picture facilitate thousands of interactions between clients, including Skinny, and their customers. We want Insiders to be a fun and engaging place where everyone can contribute ideas and opinions freely and build positively on what others have shared. We'll be managing the conversation to a certain degree to keep any trolls at bay, so if anyone gets too negative, we'll let them know.
How do I join Skinny Insiders?
We will be regularly inviting Skinny customers to join the Insider community but any current Skinny customer is eligible to join. If you’re are interested, head over to www.skinnyinsiders.co.nz
