I don’t want fibre at my place, can I get ADSL or VDSL?
We always set you up with the best connection available at your place. If you’re in an area where fibre is available but you don’t yet have a connection, you shouldn’t have to worry - we’ll give you a temporary ADSL or VDSL connection (depending on availability) while you wait for fibre to be installed.
If you don’t want the best available connection for another reason (for instance, maybe your landlord won’t let you get fibre installed). Simply chat to us below to speak to our helpful care team and they’ll be able to sort out your connection.
