We're making some changes to our plan line up that may affect you. Check below for more details.



What's happening with my Skinny Direct plan?


Goodbye Skinny Direct. Hello Skinny!

Skinny Direct will be shutting down soon. This means you won’t be able to renew your current plan from your next renewal date. We understand the inconvenience it may cause you, so we are offering a very simple solution: You don’t have to do anything, we’ll get you sorted with a Skinny Mobile account automatically.

Your current Skinny Direct plan will be replaced by a similar Skinny Mobile plan on your next renewal date. 

Here are the good bits.

  • Your first 28 days is on us. There’s no charge for these days, starting on your next renewal.
  • Because Skinny Mobile and Skinny Direct are part of the same company we can manage most of the process for you.
  • We will continue to charge you on the card you’ve already set up for Skinny Direct when you migrate to Skinny Mobile. So, that means less admin for you.
  • You can keep your existing number.
  • You don’t have to get a new SIM. You can keep your old one.
  • Your rollover data won’t be lost, as we’ll convert it to extra max speed data when you move to an Endless plan.*

Where to now?

Just sit tight! You don’t have to do anything until we migrate you on your next renewal date. After that, you’ll just need to download the Skinny app and set up your new Skinny Mobile account so that you can manage and track your usage.

If you’d prefer a different Skinny Mobile plan, it’s as simple as heading over to our website or app and choosing your preferred plan to switch to. Please note that you can only do this once we’ve migrated your account to Skinny Mobile.
