Installing the most recent software available will improve performance and can solve existing problems.

Follow these steps to learn how to update your phone.

Note: It is not possible to revert to an older version of your device’s software once you have completed an update.

Step 1:

From the home screen, drag the bar up to the edge of the screen.

Step 2:

Tap Settings.

Step 3:

Tap System.

Step 4:

Tap Advanced.

Step 5:

Tap System update.

Step 6:

Tap Check for update.

Your phone will now search for available updates.

Step 7:

To install the software update, follow the on-screen instructions.

You should now have the latest available update for your device.
