Offer summary for Skinny Wireless Broadband as at 1 July 2022.

Service Overview

Service description: This plan provides a data connection to the internet delivered over a Wireless connection.

Availability: Only available in certain areas within the Spark coverage area.

Service Charge:

· $45 per month – 60GB data allowance

· $50 per month – 120GB data allowance

· $55 per month – Unlimited data allowance

Speed: Speeds shown for wireless technology are national peak time average speeds based on the Commerce Commission MBNZ Spring ‘21 report. You may experience a higher or lower speeds than these national averages.

Factors such as the performance of your modem, location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device and your in-home Wi-Fi setup can impact the speeds experienced.

For wireless connections, factors such as the distance you are from a cell tower, the network capability and the overall use of that cell tower by other consumers can impact the speed experienced.

Additional data charges:

· $20 for 10GB – valid for 30 days

· $5 for unlimited data boost – valid for 24 hours

Set up charge: There is a $10 Shipping and Handling Fee.

If ‘No pesky term’ option chosen, then a $199 Skinny Smart Modem will need to be purchased.

If ’12 month fixed term' option chosen, then no Modem Fee.

Broadband performance

Access type: Wireless delivered via Spark cellular network.

Other Information

Minimum contract period: If ‘No pesky term’ option chosen, then 1 month. If ’12 month fixed term’ option chosen, then 12 months

Early termination fee: If ‘No pesky term’ option chosen, then no fee.

If ’12 month fixed term’ option chosen, then an early termination charge applies if you leave or move from one broadband technology to another (e.g. wireless to fibre) before the end of the term.

The fee will be charged directly to your credit card. The fee is $249 if you leave within months 0 - 6 after connecting your plan or $124 if you leave within the months 7 - 12 after connecting your plan.

Notice period: If you end your plan at any time before your next monthly billing due date you will be responsible for any charges incurred prior to that billing date and any early termination or plan transfers fees outlined.

If ’12 month fixed term option’ chosen then at the end of your 12 month contract period, you will automatically be transferred to the ‘No pesky term’ month to month plan at the price current as at the end of the contract

Other requirements: None.

Traffic management: We reserve the right to manage traffic at peak times, to ensure all customers get the best possible experience even at busy times. Overall, this should have a positive benefit for our customers. If we make any changes to this policy which will have a material impact on you we will let you know.

Fair use: So that we can manage network traffic, we have a fair use policy on our Unlimited plan. This means you cannot use the service in a way that is overly excessive or unreasonable. See the Mobile and Wireless Broadband Terms for more information.

Effects on other services: Skinny Broadband does not include landline or phone number. Services such as medic alerts, monitored home alarms, faxes, interactive features of SKY digital or PABXs are incompatible. Skinny Broadband is not a static IP address so it can't be used as a gateway server or for hosting particular games. Skinny Broadband can't do VOIP.

Available on Skinny $45, $50 or $55 wireless Broadband plans to customers on a 4-weekly $16 or above mobile plan. The $10 monthly discount applies if mobile plan is active on the renewal date of the Wireless Broadband plan. $10 modem shipping fee applies.

Disputes: Skinny is a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution scheme
